Terms of Service
Last updated 3 September 2026
These terms govern the use of Sentinel, a media intelligence service operated by PT Reportica Media Grup (“Reportica”, “we”) at app.reportica.id. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on your own behalf and on behalf of the organisation you register.
1. The service
Sentinel collects publicly available posts, articles and profile information that match the keywords you register, analyses them, and presents the result in a workspace. What is collected depends on what the platforms make public and on their availability; we do not guarantee that every relevant item will be found, or that analysis such as sentiment or topic labels is free of error. Automated readings are aids to judgement, not statements of fact.
2. Accounts and organisations
- You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- The person who registers an organisation is its owner and may invite members, assign roles and manage billing. Members act on behalf of the organisation.
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the organisation you register.
3. Plans, trials and quotas
- New organisations start on a free trial with the limits shown on the plan page. When the trial ends, collection stops until a plan is chosen; data already collected stays readable.
- Each plan carries monthly allowances for stored and analysed mentions, keywords, projects and members. When an allowance is reached the corresponding activity pauses until the next period or an upgrade; nothing already collected is deleted.
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown on the invoice, in Indonesian rupiah, plus applicable tax. Invoices are due by their due date; an unpaid invoice may lead to suspension after a grace period.
- Payment is made by bank transfer to the account printed on the invoice, in the name of PT Reportica Media Grup, quoting the invoice number, or through the payment page where one is offered. A transfer counts as received once it is confirmed against the invoice.
- Plan changes take effect when paid. Unused time on a previous plan is credited against the new one as shown on the invoice. Fees are otherwise non-refundable except where the law requires.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sentinel to:
- monitor private individuals for harassment, stalking, discrimination or any unlawful purpose;
- collect or process data in breach of a platform’s terms, a court order or applicable law, including data protection law;
- resell, scrape, or bulk-export the service or its data to build a competing product;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service or its security.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and remove content where the law or a platform requires it.
5. Your data and ours
- You keep ownership of the keywords, projects, reports and settings you create. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you.
- Collected public content belongs to its original authors and platforms. Sentinel presents it for analysis; reproducing it elsewhere is your responsibility under the platform’s terms and copyright law.
- The software, analysis models, labels and reports formats are ours. We may use aggregated, non-identifying statistics to improve the service.
- Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; collection depends on third-party platforms that change without notice. Support is provided by email at the level of your plan. Enterprise customers may have a separate agreement that takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sentinel is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made on the basis of the service’s readings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may delete your organisation at any time from the workspace, which deletes its projects and collected content. We may terminate for breach, for non-payment after the grace period, or with 30 days’ notice if we discontinue the service. On termination your right to use the service ends; sections 5, 7 and 9 survive.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled by the courts of Jakarta, after a good-faith attempt to resolve them directly.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when. For material changes we notify account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date is acceptance.
